Training is going quite well at the moment. Still following the Runners World training plan for a sub 2 hour GNR. I have had a couple of quite intense hill workouts a couple of steady 6 milers and a rather good LSR on Monday evening where I did 10 miles in 1:40:33 which is a better pace than I managed on last years GNR. With 7 weeks to go on Sunday I feel as though the traing plan is working quite well. I can start doing my LSRs on a Sunday now as we have no more cricket matches scheduled on sunday for the rest of the season. Running on Monday night was good but it was a late one as I didn't get home from work till 7:45pm so I didn't leave the house for the run till 8:15ish. Got back at nearly 10 o'clock. I need buy a hydration belt as I am needing some body fuel on the LSRs. Has any one got any ideas of which one is best and value for money??

Till the next time everyone------- John
