Hi, My name is Jenny and I am a challenge fundraiser for a kids charity in Cheshire (just taken on this role)- we offer disadvantaged, disabled and terminally ill children a free week long holiday in 10 acres of beautiful cheshire countryside.
I am finding it hard to sell places for the Manchester 5K and London 10K - has anyone any ideas? I have recently started running again myself to train up for the 10K but also for a global challenge next year - Grand Canyon Experience.
It is hard to advertise the places when you are a small charity and have no marketing budget. I have tried advertising it locally and am trying to find the details of running clubs in the area, but no luck so far!
Has anyone got any ideas? Or is anyone interested in a place on either the Asics British 10K London run or on the Manchester 5K? Please pass on my details to whoever you think may be interested.
