TRAIN WEEK SEVEN: Monday 27th July to Friday 31st July 2009

This had to be the worst training week ever, where i completely came away from my routine and began eating chinese, chocolate and shite again, and it was mainly driven by the complete state of my house at home, and the only time i could get it in any sort of order was by getting up even before i usually get up at gym which is around the 515 mark, so on monday, tuesday and wednesday i was up with the larks at around 4am, but still went to the gym although i was a zombie, well tired and didnt want to talk to my friends there like i normally do, just wanted to be left alone, and i think they assumed it was down to the baby which it wasnt at all. I tried to do as much as i could after work, but i dont normally get home due to traffic and roadworks until 7ish at night and then i tend to feel a bit frazzled and just wanna chill with the family, grab a cuppa and watch tv and chill.
Wednesday was the worst day of all though, as i was up early again and i stayed at home until 8am and missed the gym altogether to put carpet down in girls room and to get it all done once and for all and was happy that i done that, but still felt a little guilty about missing the gym. I was umming and arring about going after work as again i was tired, but i went regardless but did not have the strength or the energy to do a full workout and left just after half way through, but i was back just 12 hours later at usual morning time on thursday which was a little better, but on Friday I was tired again. I also eat loads of bad food, but im hoping to keep this all going as weight is now around 12 andf a half and would like to stabilise it here and eat bad stuff without going back up in weight - well thats the plan anyway. Hope next week will be a much better one ????
