TRAIN WEEK SIX: Sunday 19th July to Friday 24th July 2009

Another good week all in all, eating a variety of different foods and still losing weight, albeit very slowly at a rate of around 2lbs per week. Like last week, I took Wednesday off from work but rather than have a lie in, i went to the gym, and not only to the one near the house but the one that i use every single day (pretty much) by work so that i could have a lovely sauna and jacusi afterwards. That was the plan but it didnt quite work that way, but it was nice to be off anyway. Weight now at 12st 6lbs.
