So thats 2 marathons under my belt, one brilliant run in New York (4 hours 11) and one appalling run/stagger round Paris (5 hours37)  in 31 degrees of heat..  And what i hear you say you want to run more!!

Well how do i put it, i like running marathons.....(hhhmmmmm) the personal satisfaction is amazing, and along the way i have made some brilliant friends who have offered immense support and advice through the blogs. I'm also extremely stubborn and competitive and won't quit until i see that sub 4 hour mark, and then it will be the sub 3.50 mark, sub 3.40 mark etc etc etc

So next is Chicago where fingers crossed it will be cold, and flat..   I will get a sub 4 hour..... I WILL!!!!
