Delayed run

Woke up this morning to fog and ice. The planned 10k for this month was cancelled due to the weather. So it was seven miles later on in the day in not much different to last weeks 10k. So happy with that.
I was disappointed last week as I know I can do better. I'm not competitive to the point of winning Vets prizes because I know it's not going to happen but if I've done a race before I want to do it quicker next time so I'm seeing improvement.
Off for a catch up. Not done one for a few days. Blogging goes with my running. Erratic!!
