PB to PW

Happy New Year to you all.
Well after a good run on Tuesday and a PB. We headed off this morning to Alex Park in Manchester for a 5k time trial. I didn't sleep well last night so wasn't feeling great this morning. Nothing went right from start to finish, i couldn't get my breathing right, my IT band seemed to be playing up so for me it really was a horrible run.
There is only one way from here and that is up. So I'm not dwelling on a bad run I'm looking forward to the next run on Wednesday.
Off for a quick catch up before Harry Potter.
Let's hope it's great running year from now for us all.
