  • naomi83 'Hello, I have just printed off your recipe for Apple pancakes (will try them after long cycle ride on Saturday!) Also just purchased your book as have been looking for ages for running/cycling friendly recipes. Just a quick question, what is your view on dieting and training? I am trying to lose 7lbs (gained due to sitting around and moping for 4 months whilst my stress fracture recovered.) I have got back into running and cycling regularly but finding it tough to balance the weight loss with the exercise. Am currently on weight watchers plan but would like to get your view! Thanks!
