Olomouc monsoon city

We had a very nice time in Olomouc in the east of the Czech Republic.  Its quite unspoiled by tourism.  It has lots of spectacular statues and amazing big squares.  It was really friendly and we had a lovely big apartment.  It did however rain quite alot the weather forecast did predict lots of rain and we got it.  Went out for a run on Tuesday night and managed 8 minutes before being totally drenched.  Nice park to get drenched in.  Went out again on Wednesday morning and did a successful and dry 30mins and managed to work on my speed a bit so that was good.  The funny looks continue though.  I dont think that running is big in Eastern Europe but feel free to correct me.  It will probably be Berlin before I get a big run in as Krakow doesnt look like its suitable for running - unless I find a big park.  Its got tonnes of tourists and weve heard the first Scottish accents for a while. Will be exploring it more tomorrow.
