Running, Swimming and Cycling in Asia by kparnell

I have a minor obsession at the moment - trying to run a trim track somewhere in the UK every weekend. I have so far done Milton Keynes (Willen Lakes), Stevenage (Fairlands Valley) and Gorleston beach front. Milton Keynes is great and circumnavigates the lakes. The one is Stevenage is pants - come on Stevenage council why do you put in a decent one that isn’t dangerous? The one at Gorteston is very good but its in a small area so you need to follow it with a tough beach run.

Please can anyone point m towards any others  I can try? Its hard to find them on line for some reason.
