....with 7 days to spare. Need to revise target to 15st by Oct 31st (14lbs), this should be a good 'fighting weight for the time being. have been following a low GI diet which has plenty of variety and seems relatively easy to follow.
Need to up the aerobic element of my exercise, and given this is meant to be a cycling blog, maybe some cycling may be a good thing!! Still plenty of dog-walking and golf seems to be providing the necessary exercise to complement the diet.
Anybody got any good rides to recommend in the Kent/E Sussex area?
