Back on the gym!!

What with the dark nights and the grotty weather I have decided to re-direct the money I spend on Slimming World and enrol at the gym. I'm also hoping the excercise will help me kick start at diet as would really love to drop at least another stone. Have lost 38 lbs to date so hopefully another 14 or so shouldn't be too much of a problem.
I've been mainly concentrating on the cardio but am adding in some weights a couple of times a week to tone up a bit.
It's early days (well 4 sessions in the first week) but I'm loving it I've even managed some gentle jogging. Not much but its a start. May not be the VLM 2011 but I'm hoping I might manage to complete a Race for Life next year although will probably have to help with the set up and clear down to lol.
Hope everyones training is going well and I'm hoping to be a better blogger.

Alaistair 'Toning Exercises coupled with regular cardio can make a huge difference to weight loss.....in-fact just toning on a regular basis can have amazing results.....you've done so well so far......' added 27th Nov 2010
