Week 4 completed
Aug0220097:54 p.m.
Had an issue this week with my asthma which has been niggling for a few weeks but after a chat with the doc I think I may have a handle on it and hopefully it might settle down a bit now
Thursday - rest day
Friday - 20min run longest distance yet 1.46miles + recovery time was much better as including walk to and from run area only took 30 mins 2.11 miles
Saturday should have been a 10 minute run but the day seemed to dissapear and I did spend half the afternoon chasing my 4 year old nephew and playing hide and seek. Finished the day watching the fireworks down in the town organised by the Council to celebrate the end of the Gloucester Festival.
Sunday - up early for a 10 min run. Legs felt good, breathing going well and it looked like I was going to easily manage a mile in 10 minutes when a friend drove past and rather than keep going she stopped for a chat. So I kept the legs going by running on the spot.
To partially make up a bit for yesterdays missed run I took my bike out this evening - 4.59 miles in 30ish minutes
I cycled part of the route that I need to do in september and it was a hill (help)
run 10k and up a hill but I'm gonna do it even if walking pace is included.
Next weeks schedule:-
Monday - 15 mins
Tuesday - R/D
Wednes - 25 mins oh my god!!!!!
Thurs - 15 mins
Friday - 20 mins
Saturday - 15 mins
Sunday - Rest day - Think I'll need it!!! lol
Happy running
