4hrs 33, I shall never forget this

Apr2620107:16 p.m.

What an amazing event! I loved every minute (except the final 800m). It was a carnival atmosphere all the way round. I even chatted to Priness Beatrice (as I zoomed past her) By 13 miles I felt like I had only just started and was so grateful for all the training! It was the most amazing experience of my life. Sorry to see so many people needing assistance. That was sad. But for me, everything went to plan, even the weather, and I didn't need to stop and pee! I am struggling to walk today, but it was well worth it. Hope you all had a brilliant day too. Lucyx

  • Suziewee 'Fantastic you should be so proud! All that training paid off, what an achievement. And from one busy mum of young children to another I know how hard it can be to get out there and train sometimes. Take care x' added 26th Apr 2010
