Had a lovely run this morning,5 miles, with my neighbour, Ian, and my brother's fiancee, Vicky. It was fun and we laughed alot about excuses we make up when we are late, amongst other things! It was a bit of a test for Ian and Vicky as they both have knee trouble, but today was fine so perhaps I will drive them further next time! My long run is Wednesday this week, I am dreading it already! But I must say I am enjoying the plan, so many short runs!
