Another 10km

I fitted in 40 mins of Pilates when I got back from work last night and got up for another 45 minute running session this morning so feeling fit as a fiddle. Pace this morning was similar to yesterday. Very chuffed about how well the training has gone this week.

Wednesday
Dinner - Soya burger patty with mixed veg and peas, hoummous
Thursday
Breakfast - Half a grapefruit, bowl of porridge with cranberries, herbal tea
Lunch - Salad of spinach and tomato with a light dressing and 3 halves of small toasts with goats cheese.
Snacks - an apple and a Special K bar
Drinks later tonight...aim to restrict to one or 2 (max!) small glasses of red, and no peanut or crisp bar snacks haha!
