Hectic weekend...but finished on a runners high!

Brief recap...

Friday night - cucumber and avocado maki, lots and lots and lots of champagne!

Saturday - dried fruit, cheese sandwich, half a bag of crisps, dinner out at a restaurant - goats cheese salad followed by penne in tomato sauce and cheese and chocolate mousse for dessert, 1 large glass of red with dinner and 3 small glasses at a bar after.

Sunday - dried fruit, lunch at restaurant - club sandwich of mozzerella, aubergine, peppers and rocket, dinner was bread with houmous, carrot sticks, an apple and grapes, 4 mini macaroons.

Sunday afternoon I went off for a 2 hour run.  Felt tough fro first half hour as I was a bit tired from the weekend and my body was all a bit toxic from all the bad food and alcohol but I persisted and burnt through it.  Once I hit the hour mark I felt really good.  Got back home with aching legs and a throbbing lower back, did 40 mins of pilates to try and ease the pain.

This morning did 40 mins of pilates and had grapes and grapefruit for breakfast with a herbal tea of course!  

Snacks - 2 apples (one mid morning, one mid afternoon)

Lunch - Mozzerella and tomato baguette sandwich

Dinner - Salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green beans and balsamic vinegar) with Lentils and houmous, grapes
