It's only Wednesday...

This seems to be one of the longest working weeks ever.
Recap on yesterday:
Lunch - large salad of lettuce, tomato, sundried tomato, cucumber, green beans, grated carrot and cauliflower
Snack - Special K Bar and a Perrier
Dinner - One piece of rye bread with hoummous, an apple
Snack - Dried pineapple (but far too much!!!)
And on to today: Wednesday
10km this morning but not as good pace as Monday's evening run. Will need to look into this, maybe I was tired or maybe I perform better in the evenings.
Breakfast - 6 segments of grapefruit and a bowl of porridge, herbal tea
Lunch - Vegetable soup with small salad of grated carrot (with sliced almonds) and tomato/feta
Snack - Apple
Dinner - TBA
