Still sore from Sunday's run...

My legs are still so sore from Sunday. I was going to get up and do 30-45mins this morning but firstly overslept and secondly don't know if I would have managed it in any case! Instead I did 20 mins of Pilates (hopefully stretched some of the pain out!).
Breakfast - dried fruit (raisins and banana), grapes and a fruit salad pot (grapes, orange and assorted melon), mineral water
Lunch - Goats cheese salad (lettuce, pine nuts, tomato, 4 pieces of toast with grilled goats cheese)
Snack - Cote d'Or chocolate and almond bar (45g)
Off for cocktails this evening, will try not to go too overboard (though they are a weakness!)
