what socks do you recommend for running a marathon! by loppylaura2

hiya fellow runners!

im doing the london marathon, and im starting to think about my running kit,

i want some good running socks that will protect my feet from blisters and my toe nails dropping off! any tips???

and any recommendations for a good sports bra, that will protect from chaving the nips and underarms!

i never thought so much would have to go into running a marathon!

i cant believe i lying awake in bed worrying aboout socks and sports bras!

does this make me sad????!

any advice would be gratefully received! x
