I'm going to do it this time!

Well, I decided to run the Air Force Marathon last weekend, and even though it was perfect -- great weather, great event, super crowds....I just did not have it. I knew that by mile 20 I would not reach my BQ time, so I just slowed down and tried to enjoy myself.
As much as I could while I was beating myself up!
I am going to run Steamtown, and then Phily. but first -- REST!
