Set off up Longstone Edge tonight in the dark and boy was that tough. Had to walk as I got up to the quarry site, where a digger was working in the dark with massive lights on. The villages around here are fighting to stop the quarrying destroying Longstone Edge, it looks like we are getting nowhere at the moment. Hit the quarry road which was totally muddy and wet for the run downhill back into the village. Managed a sprint home but the right knee is not too good. Going down to Nottingham on Friday to buy a watch and a top that is not cotton and sweaty.

Time for bed I'm dead.
