I set off running from home at 9.15am to meet the ladies at the gym for our long run.  It was a good warm up run.  I ran for 2hrs4mins and the ladies ran back to the gym after 1hr30mins.  I haven't mapped out the route but it felt like 12miles.  I felt very hungry and was losing energy after 2hrs of running.  Also it was much harder to motivate myself once the ladies and I said goodbye.  I'm going to have to take a couple of energy bar/gels and push myself to carry on.

Also this week I managed a 35mins interval training at the gym on the recommendation of my husband, Matt.  I need to add this into the plan.

Next week I'm planning a couple of short runs after work to get the miles under my belt.

Mat and I are going to enter the Plymouth Hoe 10 miles race on 19th February 2012.  It should be good to get some race practice in.
