TRX Training with PT...how very odd...but really great workout!

So on Wednesday, Lottie, my PT told me we would be using a device used by the US Military to enable soldiers to train in small spaces such as submarines. I thought, Ok, fair enough I'll give it a go...also according to their website the British and Irish Lions use it so it must be ok.
Saturday 8am I meet with Lottie on the Downs and can't seem to see the device. That's because it's in a small bag. It turns out you attach it to a high bar (of which there is one on the Downs) and do a full body workout using it.
Lottie rigged it up and got me doing lunges (single and double leg!), squats, shoulder presses, chest presses, shoulder raises, tricep press, deltoid raises, hip abductions (very wobbly!), hamstring curls (even wobblier!) and the hour went so quickly!
Felt great after and yesterday was ok as well but today, my word, today my arms are feeling it!
As Lottie says let's get those bingo wings gone! I couldn't agree more!
Run tomorrow by SS Great Britain which should be nice!
