Bullies...the lot of you!

It was snowing again this morning when I peeped my head through the curtains.....damm and blast! Today was part moving day, I had to take a lot of my stuff up to my parents in Settle in preperation for the big move next Sunday so this didn't bode well. A quick call to them revealed that they had no snow whatsover and blue skies. So I decided to fill the car and head off...free meal ahead of meal sealed it really!!
Dad had an important day ahead of him.....the Leeds Utd v Man Utd match. Ever since coming to the UK from Switzerland well over 46 years ago he has been an avid Leeds fan and the rivalry between Man Utd is rife. My brother was there to watch the match and it was really tense but total smiles when "we" won!!!!!!
I had tea with them and because it started to get icy Mum wanted me to get off. I came back and watched Life and Country File then read all your messages of "support"....yeah right. After that I couldn't just sit in my chair and watch Top Gear....so I put on my trainers put on my headphones for the ipod and got on the treadmill. Now if no-one has got it I can truly say the Black eyed peas new album is great to work out to....."I have a feeling....."
So I did 1/2 hour fast walking at incline. I am breaking myself into it for this week then I will try to run. When I landed at my Mums she was on the treadmill and she is 73...so she puts me to shame. This is just the start.

Miserable weather!
Where did the summer go? Its terrible outside, I have not known rain like it! I should have stayed living in europe where we got at least a couple of months...
