And it starts all over again

I was tempted last night to stay up until midnight and see if the ballot opened but the snooker bored me to sleep and by 11pm I was off to bed. This morning I woke up at 6am and had an email from a blogger on here saying that he was all registered and so I lept out of bed and did the necessary. No dramas and in the space of 5 mins my entry was complete. Many of my friends have said over the last week how they quite fancy running the Marathon, Im looking forward to seeing how many of them enter the ballot.
I went out again yesterday for a 5 mile run and whilst Im still finding it difficult to get out for these runs, I ran it in a really good time for me. 42 mins and 2 secs which is my fastest over this distance so far, Ive got a few 10k's coming up so hopefully I'll record a new PB at some point. 10 mile run home from work tomorrow should be a little test for me as I still have a few aches from last week and then a few shorter runs towards the end of the week.

JSIMMONDS 'Just caught up with your blogs. Your marathon time matched mine exactly from last year - 4h34m. So I can safely say - "what a brilliant time - well done!"' added 5th May 2010
