10k time.....done!! by nooby2shoes

yesterday i did a timed 10k run. really suprised with the outcome really. i managed 45 mins, which i know isn't amazing but i havn't been timing any of my runs so i havn't known how fast to go etc. i felt dead good aswell. i think i could shave a good 6 to 8 mins off that time, but at least it is a starting point. i am going to time a half marathon next, although i have done many during my ongoing training, i have yet to time one proparly.
