About and then came the pains.....

i have been training for around 5 weeks now and only this week have my legs started to feel quite rubbish. on monday i found it really hard to do a 12 mile run and the day after i had some real issues with aching legs, mainly the hips and my left foot. i was expecting some twinges to be honest and i thought they would come alot sooner than they have. i am on my feet aaalllll day at work which doesn't help either. my back has really been sore this week too. oddly though, when i run it all seems to feel ok? so i went for a 6am run this morning on the way to work then when i finnished i did a flat out 2 mile run, which i felt fine during it. now im sitting here writing this blog with 2 co-codemole making their way to the pain in my back which has come back!!! maybe i should just keep running and running 24hrs a day so i dont feel any pain?!
