so, another week has passed, i didn't manage 46miles this week, nowhere near in fact. i wasn't going for the big mileage this week though, i did do 13.5miles wednesday, which was scorching!!! then thursday i did 7.5miles then 2miles hills today, i am going to get up early and do 10miles tomorrow. so 33miles this week. still ok considering all the everyday things that have got in the way this week!!!

obviously i watched the football last night and it was total rubbish as we all know, its not all doom and gloom though, we can still win the group and now our 'bad' games are out of the way we can now go onto the world cup final and win!!!!!! hahahahaha!!!!

fathers' day tomorrow which means quality time with the kids with my wife making the dinner, a bit nervous as she doesn't do the cooking, we have a slow cooker and she is thinking of using that, hmm.

happy fathers' day to the dads and happy running everyone else :O)

    • Jenny1961 'Like Firefly says- 33 miles is still impressive mileage so well done! I watched/endured 'that match'. What a waste of 90 minutes! Re your comment on my blog about teaching: don't give up hope. There will always be a need for teachers! Its just that currently FE and HE are facing a bit of a crisis in terms of funding so no-one can forsee what the long term future will bring. There will always be a need for colleges of Further Education because they tend to cater for the students that the schools don't want on their A-level programmes! The current issue is about which particular colleges can survive alone without being forced into a closure, a merger or a takeover.' added 19th Jun 2010
