Superbowl Champs

I know this is not related to the Marathon but I'm pleased to report that the New York Giants won the Superbowl in the final minute of last night's game.
Does anybody reading this blog follow American football? Just curious.
Oh yeah - running has been going well also! Next long run will be 17 miles.

The_Riverman 'Hello there, I live on the British side of the pond, am running the London marathon, am blogging about it (theartofrunningslowly.blogspot) and I am a big American football fan. Congratulations to the Giants! I was disappointed when they beat my team, the 49ers, in the conference game. However, down the stretch they were the best team and deserved winners last night. I didn't think it was as exciting a game for the neutral as four years ago. that one was a classic. Good luck with the training and the run. normrun 'Good to know somebody is watching over there. I sat at the Superbowl party with a recent German immigrant who had never seen American football, and he was fascinated.
