The race to the Paris Marathon, the missus, the cat & work by northernsouthernmonkee

Definite rest day tomos, I've put in 3 hard but different shifts in a row concluding tonight with some fast milage on a treadmill. I haven't used one properly in 12yrs and always feel like I'm too close to the front and hang to the left of the belt. According to the machine I ran 4 miles in 32 mins then the last 2 miles took me 21 mins, think that is ok.

Im not following any particular training plan yet but I'm plagarising ideas from several plans. 

Got a presentation to do on the course tomos then home to see the missus as ive been residential since Sunday night. Apparently the cat has been trying to muscle in during my absence to become the dominant male in our house. He's even trying to woo a young feline and bring her back. Well, not under my roof he won't...
