Well, had a busy weekend. Sarah and Mike had to change their plans so didn't get a chance to catch up with them after all and couldn't pass on everyone's hugs but I'm sure they know they were sent!!! Quite busy yesterday running around getting things ready for the trip to Canada (errr...and watching Formula 1) so didn't make it out for a run either! oops. 
We did go out today. I was going to take chris out for 7km but it was BAKING hot out so decided to do 6km, still an increase for him, so he's building the distances up slowly but surely. We did 6km in 34:40 so definitely happy with that! It was strange today though, I started off a bit faster that Chris and kept doubling back / slowing down to get him and then near the end of the run he just glided past me. So a bit of a role reversal today - we both thought it was pretty funny!
