Xmas Week - Xmas Eve
Dec2420071:43 p.m.
So start of the Xmas Week.
Did a 14 miler on Sunday, not too bad slow and easy with BPM at 131 and a time of 1:45. Pretty happy with progress, although hamstring still a little tight.
Now a rest for a couple of days and make the most of the Xmas break. All Xmas presents bought and wrapped, kids getting excited ( and parents too
). Will be sitting by an open fire this evening with a JD and coke, mince pies and watched the recordings of Oliver Twist.
Looking forward to a big traditional xmas dinner with extended family.
I think I will probably not get out for another run until Thursday so my goal of 27 miles this week will probably falter. I will go for two 1.5 mile LT's on Thursday, a 3 miler on Friday and a 6 miler Tempo on Saturday. That should get me to around 26 miles
