16th Jan - Extreme Training

For todays training i decided to do something a little different. Rather than run i went to the pub. It was amazing and i now feel really fit. I swapped an energy drink for a packet of pork scratchings and swapped pasta for chicken nuggets (the food of gods)

Usain Bolt lives on a diet of Chicken Nuggets so I don't think you can go far wrong :)
