Okay, so this morning, I've decided that I'm going to run a marathon, any marathon, in 2008.
Yesterday was the best 1 hour run I've had, kind of piddly to others, but good for me. I did 5.86 miles on the treadmill for 1 hour.
Started off at 5.6 mi/hr and increased 0.1 mi/hr at every 1.0 mile mark. The last 1 minute, I was at an 8.0 mi/hr just to beat that 5.80 mile from Saturday.
I have to figured out how to maintain and eventually increase my distance but vary my speed as opposed to continually increasing it.
Songs I remember playing: Rock Is Dead by Marilyn Manson, Sexy Back remix by JT.
