Cycling Safety the Naked Truth

It surprises me that we are still having a debate on the use of cycle helmets. Would we ride a motorbike without one? Would we drive a car without a seatbelt? If you hadn't guessed already I am firmly in the Safety First camp and will ensure I protect myself by using my helmet whenever I'm out on my bike. I've even created my own poster campaign!
And for those of you who believe I'm a finely honed athlete in disguise, the proof of the pudding .... as you can see there have been lots of puddings!! So for the pure naked joy of my endeavours and the no small effort of cycling 140 miles over two days next week please make a donation to the TCT.
