Torres or Torrans for the VLM 2010
Have not been on here since Wed 25thNov and alot has happen since,first of all spent all day Friday delivering yellow pages approx 1400 books from 8.30am until 8.00pm have to say good weight training unplanned,up early next morning starting at 6.00am delivering another 500 books,home at 11.30 wash and change and off to a place called The Browntrout up in the North Coast of Northern Ireland with my wife and two Collie dogs to celebrate our wedding aniversary for two nights.Before we left i weighed myself as I do every Saturday and Iam down to 13.3 total of ten pounds lost in 5weeks well please,which meant a chance to let the hair down, chinese food on Sat night couple of cider and red wine,up early next mornng had a eight mile run in different surroundings just a gentle run,afterwards full breakfast in thehotel and then a nice stroll down the beach with the two dogs very cold but lovely crisp morning,back to the hotel and spent the rest of the day watching the two matches on Super Sunday nice to see my team back on the winning trail,oh and i forgot had a number of pints of Carlsberg well first in 5 weeks.manage to keep myself right for a nice meal that night in the hotel and with another full breakfast (Ulster Fry)the next morning thats was me back to good habits again from when i get home.
Tuesday run 4miles in 38 mins gentle run again route 6.Up early next morning for a 45 min swim before work always feel better after completion hardest part is getting there.
Thursday night ran my best run yet for 6 miles doing it in 54 mins was really pleased with my time and feel the training the all the hard work is starting to pay dividends,looking forward tomy Sunday run hoping to do 10 miles.
