I cant believe I have had a full week of no running and no gym. I used to always think oh f**k it and go and and do more damage in the past but this time I have actually listened to my body and had a rest.Not that my ankle feels any better and the rest of me seems to have slowed down too. I thought it would have made me feel fresh.I do miss the running but not as much as I thought I might. There are a few races coming up soon though that I want to do so I will be itching to get out and start again. Probably tomorrow as the kids are back at school and I am hols from work for 2 weeks.
