FEELING STRONG

I had my first real run post Chicago today. Just went out for a few easy miles, but I got my 'legs' back, and feel pretty good. Not a lot of energy, but feels good to get out there.
I am finally over the disappointment of not qualifying in Chicago. That is what we marathoners do... we just get back on task and find another one. I'm not too beat up, so I think my plan of taking it kind of easy for a couple of weeks, and then getting a couple of good training weeks in before I taper again will be good.....
Am I crazy? Why do I feel like I have to do this? Not sure, but I do~!
