... by mile 16 I really had had enough. There's only so much head space I need in one hit.
I felt wobbly on my legs and dizzy. However a breather to watch the new born lambs on their wobbly legs was a good rest and I finished my set distance.
A quick bath and then off for the day with my little ones for a day of running around the park with friends, a football and throwing thinds that need running after. Who says training finshes when the garmin stops lies...
