Visit to the Running Track

Today I did what was to be my 4th Visit to the track - I did 10 rounds (Plus 1) with a break in between each of 2 minutes - each round was not longer than 2 mins.
Initially I thought this was going to be easy but each week as I add rotations of the track it gets harder - but I must say it is getting easier to keep the pace (if that makes any sense).
I also weighed in last night and have now in total lost 7.2kg - courtesy of Weight Watchers - I must say the easiest way to loose weight EVER - sign up have a smart phone and you are away to less of you.
I know it is not much into my training program but the more I stick this plan the more of a reality the under 5 hour marathon is becoming to me - and possibly around 4h30m - which is the program I am on.
Am a bit scarred of my 21km run on Saturday morning but I am sureI will be ok as long as I go to bed early on Friday night.
