Extra session

While my daughter was at gymnastics I thought I'd fit in an extra session in the gym for an hour this afternoon. So I did 40 mins on the treadmill and spent the rest of the time on the powerplate. It's fantastic for loosening up all the muscles afterwards and stops the dreaded stiffness the following day.
