OK - taking it easy, for now

Went out for a short 30 min run after getting back from work this afternoon. After doing 30 mins on the treadmill yesterday with no pain, I wanted to see how my foot felt today. It was OK but there's definitely a 'twinge' there. So, I'll leave it another couple of days and try a 60 min treadmill run.
