ANYONE HAD EXPERIENCE OF CALF INJURES ????? I PICKED UP A CALF INJURY ON LEFT CALF 2 WEEKS BEFORE MY HALF MARATHON I RESTED IT FOR 10 DAYS AND RAN THE HALF MARATHON BUT I PULLED UP ON THE 12TH MILE I THOUGHT IT WAS CRAMP AT FIRST BUT IT MUST BE THE ORIGINAL INJURY AS I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO RUN AGAIN ALL THIS WEEK THE LAST 6 DAYS ITS A BIT FRUSTRATING IVE HEARD STRETCHING MAKES IT WORSE SO STOPPED DOING THAT I THINK I NEED TO CROSS TRAIN MORE AND PUT A 30 MILE WEEKLY LIMIT ON MY RUNNING I ONLY DO ABOUT 20-30 ON AVERAGE BUT I THINK I OVER DID IT BY NOT HAVING REST DAYS
