training for wrexham half marathon on 27 feb did 11 miles on me treadmill last night in 1 hour 45 training for a sub 2 hour marathon. ive done three 10 k races and one half marathon previous. my training is basically aiming for 3 miles a day and 1 massive run a week ive been enjoying getting 10 k times on the treadmill lately
