10 days to go to M Day

have managed 3 training sessions this week tues to thurs. Tues was hill training which was a bit of a struggle with the sore knees. weds a slow 5 miler and then 5 miler tonight including a 3 miler at sub 7min miling pace which felt good and knees held up.
10 days to Rotterdam and only 3 or 4 more runs before Marathon Day. Starting to get excited and enjoying the tapering!
