Count down to Sunday...good luck to all runners

First and last run of the week before Sunday's race. Happy days. I think drivers will think I was mad as I was "dancing" my way on the 4 miler. Good way to finish. Work tomorrow and then Eurostar fist thing Sat morning. Good luck to all runners out there
