Not in the top 50 Silver Foxes...and why not...

My wife was given a book for Christmas, titled Silver Foxes, containing top 50 famous silver foxes but no sign of me...clearly I could do harder!
No New Year's resolutions but have signed up to join local running club Metros and also to start again to learn Saxophone.
2012 is initially going to be about triathlons and taking swimming lessons starting at end of January (10 lessons over 20 weeks). Just hope I don't confuse Sax lessons with Swimming lessons!
Have also entered Fred Hughes 10 mile race (St Albans) which I have run before. Have started to build up my running again (slowly). 9 miler slow and 3m fast so far this week.
