difficult week as for the first time in a long time actually didn't feel like I had the energy or enthusiasm for running. quite a shock to the system. perhaps a reaction to sunday's long run  and stressed at work but did not get out until thursday night. Even that was a struggle but once out it felt so much better.

Managed to do 7 miles at 8.17m/m pace which i was chuffed with. Will try to do an easy 5 miles on sat and then another long run on sunday. perhaps go out without a radio or ipod and just enjoy the run.

Come on Wales ...time to finish off those Aussies at the Millenium Stadium today.

Just a couple of weeks until Bedford half marathon. Think I need to concentrate on speed rather than distance and see if I can come under 1.42
