Thank you x

Thank you for your support - but as for results - ha ha - will be keeping those firmly to myself!

I think anything under 4 hours will be a flippin' miracle!  Last night did 2 of the 3 bits - cycled 40km and then swam 1500m - then had to go to bed! (the 4th discipline!)

So estimation - 40-45 mins for swim - 1 hour 40 for bike then - well as for the run, they might have packed up and gone home by the time I finish that! All I know is that exercise police took 3 hours and 34 mins for his very first Olympic distance (he kept that one quiet but results can be found anywhere - ha ha am evil bitch!) I don't think I'll manage that but I'll get through it - at this stage that's what I'm aiming for

Was quite happy with new bike set up although one slight issue - my bike has 3 front cogs and hubby's bike has 2 - see where I'm going with this - his handlbars plus his gear levers - I now have 2 cogs in use - so I hope it's not hilly! (I know about the slope!)

So just a few more sleeps til swimming in more dirty water - just hope it stops raining by then x
